MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Policy & procedures

Everything you need to know about how memberships work — billing, cancellation, pausing, and booking. No fine print, no surprises.

BILLING & PAYMENTS

  • Memberships renew on the same date each month — the date you first enrolled. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before each renewal so there are never any surprises.

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted through GlossGenius's secure payment system. Your card is stored safely on file and charged automatically each cycle.

  • Each membership includes one service per billing cycle. Benefits do not roll over — unused appointments expire at the end of the month. If you'd like additional services, they can be booked at the standard rate.

CANCELLATION & PAUSING

  • You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Simply reach out at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

    To cancel, contact the studio directly by phone or through the contact page — your membership will be closed and no further charges will occur.

  • Yes — memberships may be paused for up to 2 months per calendar year. A pause must be requested at least 7 days before your billing date. During a pause, no charges occur and no benefits accumulate.

    Pauses are a courtesy for life's unexpected moments — travel, recovery, or a busy season. They are not intended as a recurring workaround for skipping months.

  • There is no minimum commitment. You may cancel after your very first month. That said, memberships are designed for clients who visit consistently — the skin results come from the rhythm, not a single appointment.

BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS

  • Book directly through GlossGenius at lyvenik.glossgenius.com. Your membership discount is applied automatically at checkout when your account is linked to your membership.

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) and no-shows will be counted as the month's used benefit — the appointment is forfeited, not refunded or rescheduled within the same cycle.

    Life happens — if something urgent comes up, reach out directly and we'll do our best to work with you.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the enrolled client. Benefits cannot be gifted, shared, or applied to another person's appointment. If you'd like to treat someone, a gift card is the right path.

  • Yes — tier changes take effect on your next billing date. To change your tier, contact the studio at least 7 days before your renewal. Upgrades are always welcome; downgrades follow the same timeline.

ADD-ONS & UPGRADES

  • Absolutely. Your membership covers the included service; anything additional — an add-on treatment, a product purchase, or a second service in the same visit — is billed at the standard rate. Members receive priority booking and are always seen first when scheduling opens.

  • The Waxing Membership includes one Brazilian wax per month. The add-on (nostril or underarm) is included in the membership benefit — you choose which one at each visit. It is not an additional charge.
